The Writing of My Book
I love writing. I first decided to become a writer about halfway through sixth grade, when I came up with the idea for Lily's Tree, the first book in a series that I have been working on all through middle school and plan on finishing within the next couple years, so that I will hopefully be getting it publsihed by the time I enter college.
I have a few other projects I'm working on and have worked on but set aside. These include Johnathon White, the Alienboy (working title), The Silver City, Princess Trianna, ShadowDancer (NaNoWriMo story), and Amelia Pfeifer collects 100 birds. The only one of these that I am actually still working on and hope to get published is Amelia Pfeifer (pronounced feifer) and maybe Johnathon White. Lily's Tree is a bit of a children's book in the same way that Harry Potter is a children's book. It gets more mature as the series goes on. Amelia Pfeifer is definitely a young adult book, though.
My favorite writers are J.K. Rowling, Stephenie Meyer, Rick Riordan, John Green, Kaleb Nation, Kathryn Lasky, and James Patterson.
